Hello, we’re Steve & Santia Kroes
We know that owning a home is life changing. It’s where we create our own personal sanctuaries, where we raise our families and build our lives, where we put into action our desires to create beauty, and also how most of us build our personal wealth. We take great joy in helping clients find or sell homes, everywhere from Sacramento on up into the Sierra foothills. If you’re ready to start the buying process or thinking of selling your home, we’d love to chat. After our first meeting, the feelings of stress and concern were gone. Steve and Santia actually listened to the type of home we were looking for and formulated a plan to ensure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire unfamiliar process.
Every weekend out looking for houses was a blast! Steve and Santia mapped out every route, so we did not waste anyone’s time. He was very organized and found the best routes for our viewings to maximize our time. We feel he went above and beyond in sharing his knowledge of the area and local places to try, as well as pros and cons to some of the homes we were looking at, while always keeping a very positive attitude.
After several weeks and many hours showing us houses, we shared with him the home we were very interested in and he went to bat for us, working hard to make it all happen, while keeping our best interest at the forefront. We worked with him again when he held open houses and was responsible for managing multiple offers when we sold the home my husband grew up in. Steve became our superhero as he went above and beyond his realtor duties when we had an emergency.
We were just days away from signing final closing papers when we received a message from our local police about an attempted break in at the property. Since we were at an out of state airport traveling home with the family members who we would normally call in such an emergency, I was beside myself with worry. I reached out to Steve, and he kindly made a trip to the property, inspected the area for damage, which was just minimal to a garage door frame, and he assured us that there was no other vandalism or actual entry to the home that I feared. He even sent photos to assure us that all was well. Since we were already dealing with canceled flights and other traveling woes, I was so pleased to know that this emergency did not result in delaying the closing of the home. It was great to work with somebody who we could trust and who really came through for us!
